Custom-made with down-filled cushions, this is the most comfortable sofa you’ll ever sit on – perfect in width and depth, Approx 100" x 110" and 36" deep. Originally paid $6,700.

The upholstery is in good shape, minor wear on the bottom of 2 cushions. The structure and quality of the frame and pillows are superb.

Fit the extended family around this table! 12 to 14 people fit around this large antique dining extension table, dark wood, unknown style/origin. We purchased for $1,200 and had re-finished and chairs refinished and reupholstered.

Includes dining table, 6 chairs (4 side chairs, 2 end chairs with arms), 5 leaves (11” each) and storage box for leaves.

Minimum size (without leaves): 45” W X 29” H X 68” L
Maxiumum size (with all leaves): 45” W X 29” H X 123” L

Extension mechanism works great and smoothly. This table is big and heavy and can’t be broken down smaller than its minimum size, so you’ll need a truck or van to transport.

Minor scratches on surface from normal wear.
